Hi,
On Sunday I came across a full page advertisement by Safaricom offering home broadband service for 3,990/-, they also where offering a free PSP for the 1st 10 signups.
This was an offer that my kids where not going to let pass them, so we sent a message to the number and promptly received a reply at 9:35 am on Sunday 19th September 2010 that they will revert to us within 12 hours.
It has been over 24 hours and no response from Safaricom, is this a sign of things to come where marketing are moving forward without consulting other departments? Its not a pretty sight.
