[kictanet] Power outage - impact on packet flow

Hi all, Am curious to know if there was anyone who evaluated the impact on the flow of packets (voice/data) during the 5hour national power outage that happened recently. Some information on where we need to improve or be more prepared on would be useful to some. Regards, Michuki.
