Subject: [kictanet] Is there an sms blockade by safaricom to Telkom?
Hello listers,
From last Friday, at around 4.pm, i have noticed that sms from Safaricom
to telkom 020XXX XXXX are not being delivered, (But being charged for of
course!!). However the reverse (from 020XXX XXXX are being delivered,
and
very promptly)
All attempts to get an
explanation by calling Safaricom Helpline 100
have
been futile.
Before making a formal complaint the Regulator, is there anyone on this
list who can shed light as to what is happening?
Regards,
Anthony
