Code for Africa would like to invite you to the launch of Takwimu, a new African data platform, on Tuesday, June 11 at iHub, Senteu Plaza.

Takwimu provides users with accurate, up-to-date information about development-focused political decision-making in a select number of countries across Africa including Kenya - combined with a growing body of data on key health, agriculture, education, and financial inclusion metrics.

The aim is to provide African development champions and storytellers with the best analysis and data available, supporting their work to educate, influence and advocate for change in their communities.

Takwimu is an initiative by Africa Practice, Code for Africa, and iHub, with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
