Dear  Hassan, Dr. Ndemo and all;

As per your request, I want all to know, we delivered a NATIONAL strategy that is working.....find attached a short brief on how it was conceptualized and implemented! And of course some highlights on the impact. More research is needed to consolidate the true impact of the strategy. I believe these effects are sustainable!

NB: The TCRA level price reduction has to do with the determinations on interconnect charges, applicable to voice products only. Otherwise, data bundles treat voice as data....interconnect charges are not applicable.

I am really interested to know how others are doing it.

Keep thinking and discussing

Dear Dr. Yonah,
I know you have directed your thoughts to Walu and Ndemo, however I
think it would also help to give all of us an insight on some of the
strategies you used to come up with the reduction of 99%. I

I still feel that the cost of Internet BW is still high especially to
Institutions that offer essential services to the citizens an example
being schools (all levels).
The issue of digital divide has not yet been taken care of and so many
other challenges.

Hassan
