And one more thing: They should all facilitate voice function on the same. Sometime back, using Orange's 3G+ modem (before their 21.xMbps modem), their DashBoard allowed me to make voice calls on the same modem/SIM card.
Safaricom's Huawei E1820 has such functionality but why it's disabled for KE is what I do not understand.
