The KICTANet Working Groups explored challenges and opportunities in our digital landscape. Stakeholders offered valuable contributions to draft recommendations for an inclusive and equitable ICT ecosystem, which were presented to the ICT Task Force on March 13, 2024. This report outlines a roadmap towards a vibrant digital ecosystem.
