Dear Listers, I had the privilege of representing Africa at a global discussion on People Centered Internet(PCI) http://peoplecenteredinternet.org/ and although we came with desirable properties of PCI, we thought it would be wise to seek input from different communities before we finalize the discussion. This is therefore to request you to contribute to this noble cause. The technologies are there but we need to understand the desirables first. Ndemo.
