Thanks for sharing. This article highlights the issue that this list has championed for the last year or two. It's a no-brainier and its already being done in other parts of the continent.
Maybe Fiona of TESPOK can shade some light on why its not being done in Kenya? Or maybe it is? And we are not aware of it? The cost implications are humongous and the benefit to end users obvious in terms of reduced costs of bandwidth not to mention how this dovetails with the aspirations of Universal Access.
