Most of these cable cuts have more to do with sabotage. With such, it needs the industry regulator to stiffen monitoring that would mitigate this acts. The business of "destroy" your competitor so as to win business in unethical, old school and must be avoided at all costs. Fundi wa Mitambo; thanks for paying tribute to orange where they deserve it. It is through support of you, and the society at large that Orange shall surely win this war on Vandalism. @Philip On Tue, Dec 21, 2010 at 11:29 AM, Ngũgĩ Kĩmani <ngugi@mafundi.co.ke> wrote:
342 cuts as at 7th December 2010! That is almost a cut per day through the year (considering the year is still not over).
I am a customer of Orange-Telkom (Jambonet 4 Mbps on fibre via Ruaraka Exchange) and I am a victim too. My backup ISP is on Wimax and so slow.
I'll be very happy when Orange-Telkom wins the war on vandalism. Why is someone angry at them for being so cheap and true to their customers? (Their 4 Mbps is truly 4 Mbps :)
