Hello, TI-Kenya seeks to develop a web based application for collecting and disseminating information regarding the upcoming, ongoing and completed projects on climate change in Kenya. Also TI-Kenya intends to analyze the collected data to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects. The analyzed information and data will be shared among the general public and relevant stakeholders to enhance transparency of the projects. I have attached the TOR for the Consultancy.
