This is interesting, coming after we discussed intermediary liability at Kenya IGF.
Does anyone have a link to the actual draft guidelines?
While we need some accountability, 48 hours may be too long a period to wait for a go ahead in the political world.
But more fundamentally, will content providers police SMS under these guidelines?
