Lucy / Wambua, I totally concur, I talked to my immediate neighbour yesterday and he had no clue that the set top boxes are only purchased once and not the pay channels decoders whose subscription are monthly. I believe he is not the only one who has no clue how this situation should work out. Therefore more campaign should be emphasised to general public.
