Listers, Has ICTAK failed to appeal to ICT practitioners’ interests as a society and resorted to legal regulation? I’ve seen similar innuendo coming from CSK (the Kenya Accreditation Agency Bill or something like that). They clearly don’t represent the entire ICT community.
