Hi all, In principle, I agree with Charles as based on past experience, the 10:00am meetings are usually well attended, very productive and provide adequate time for in-depth discussion on the various topics. Also people's minds are fresh in the morning so one can process a lot of information at this time. So may I also propose that we hold the meeting at 10:00am and that those who can't make it at that time come at 12:00pm or 12:30pm at the latest and that way we can discuss until 1:30pm and have a late lunch. The matters before the team are highly critical and need as much input and effort as required to ensure success as achieved so far.
