Ali for that we are yet to have substantive and a comprehensive framework. I am sure you are aware that we are undertaking a study of the innovation ecosystem with ITU and from the recommendations, we can develop a sustainable strategy. We shall equally share this when it is completed. Many stakeholders are already involved in the study.
