I trust that you are doing well. The East African Community has developed EAC Interconnection Regulations to guide seamless interconnectivity between telecommunication partners across the EAC region. Attached are the said regulations for your review and comments. Communications Authority of Kenya is in the process of collecting views and comments from industry’s stakeholders on behalf of EAC  and  would appreciate receiving your comments by COB 6th April 2018. Send your views and comments to info@ca.go.ke and copy mwasho@ca.go.ke
