Hi Benard,

Indeed, how different are the two entities? Is it a case of different monkeys but the same Forest?

MCSK is not authorized to collect royalties anymore. So no role as far as collection and distribution of Music Royalties is concerned.

Hello Listers.

The Government through Kenya Copyright Board has licensed another
organisation, Music Publishers Association of Kenya (MPAKE), in the place of
MCSK to collect and distribute royalties for authors, composers and
publishers. Please find attached a Press Statement on the same.

Regards,

Rachel
