Given that Lizette has been busy with the Minister InfoCom organising the national workshop for 28th, as well as the policy document, which was made public last week, I do not see the likelihood of the KICTANet retreat taking place as scheduled on 17th of Feb.
Can we postpone this activity to a later date?

Colleagues - I was to prepare an implementation matrix of the new policy for discussion at the getaway next week . To date I have not been able to get hold of the new policy and I am increasingly getting concerned that we can not do a good job if we do not have enough time.
Can we remove the item on the agenda?
