If the court rules in the Petitioners' favour, what would be the
options for Safaricom?
1. Scrap the Okoa jahazi service completely? I am aware this service
has been of great help to the "down trodden".
2. Offer the service at no cost? After all, if your client has no
liquidity at a particular time, do you do away with them?
