A statutory body like Law Society of Kenya holds it elections annually, and every Kenyan can attest that its very vibrant.
These ICT organizations remain moribund only to serve the interests of the few. Elections and activity bring new synergy, which propel development agendas.
With a working CSK, I would not expect to see stories like this "Indian firms bag lucrative Kenya IT setup deals"
Commercial banks, parastatals and industry regulators are turning to India for IT solutions, shunning local firms.
