Thanks for your response. I think however that the community and your customers need to know exactly what happened and what are the mitigating factors going forward that KeNIC will put in place to ensure this doesn't occur in future. As you may well understand this is a National Registry and for it to be down for the better part of a week is just NOT ACCEPTABLE.

This is a clear case where Business Continuity becomes a major issue. I do hope the issue is resolved sooner rather than later..
