There have been reports in media about a looming eruption of Mt. Longonot, including localised earthquakes with the ground having huge cracks. Today morning, the Mai Mahiu - Naivasha road has been closed due to huge cracks on the road rendering it impassable. <div>
<br></div><div>My question is whether the country&#39;s disaster organs are prepared to handle the disaster, and what can be expected from the eruption, in terms of area affected, and earth movements and their locality? </div>
