Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to thank you for your participation in the Online Open Consultation of the ITU Council Working Group on international Internet-related public policy issues (CWG-Internet) on the topic of “Public Policy considerations for OTTs”. The submitted responses are publicly available on the ITU Website and will form part of the Group’s growing repository of best practices on Internet-related public policy matters.
As a next step, you are warmly invited to participate in the second phase of this Open Consultation. As you may know, a physical open consultation meeting will be held on Monday, 18 September 2017, from 9.30 to 17.30 (CET) at the ITU HQs in Geneva, Switzerland (Remote participation will also be available). The discussions of the physical meeting will be based on the inputs received during the online consultation, which will be presented in a consolidated document.
As a contributor to the online consultation, you will have the opportunity to present your submitted views to the Group and have a fruitful discussion with the other participants, including Members of the CWG-Internet.

B. Remote participation
For those not in the position to participate on site, remote participation (via Adobe Connect) is also available upon request: While completing the online registration form, simply select the “I will participate remotely” field and you will be contacted with the relevant technical details prior to the meeting.
