I did not say that we shall not have a seat at the table but that it is not King Authors Round Table, some people will be more equal than others.

It may be an unfortunate truth, but it is the truth nonetheless.

Only nation states can be full ITU Members (have a vote in the
upcoming treaty negotiations) the amount of traffic or e-commerce
don't factor into a seat at the table.
