The average Kenyan has been sensitized about this Digital Migration via (a) Their own TV - Ads (b) Newspaper Ads (c) Road Shows I vaguely recall there were some SMS about this as well. I do not think CA could mobilize agents to visit every household in order to sensitize every Kenyan. I see you have asked a question: "What is CAK doing to educate the average Kenyan.."
