(which is true depending on the mail-size limits imposed by your system admin). What we need to do however is to create a KICTANet website where these reports can be uploaded and members simply informed to download from there. Washington?, Muthoni?, how fast can this happen- an elementary KICTANet website to host KICTANet info? walu.
