Dear Karuga
There is not a Data Protection (Amendment) Bill 2023 yet. However, Parliament recommended the need to amend the Act after the World Coin issue, and the Ministry of ICT has a Task Force in place reviewing several laws. I am sure once there is one, it will be shared for stakeholder engagement.
Merry Christmas and a happy 2024. Rgds GG
