What we have here is a clique of individuals given the responsibility to assist with regulations but they are totally clueless about the industries they purport to regulate, so once again we have proposed senseless regulations with adverse effects to the affected industries if implemented. We as knowledgeable stakeholders must lobby to ensure that the right people are appointed to these posts, or else similar situations will just pop up sooner rather than later.
