Hi All, In entreprenuership, there are corridors and a window of opportunity. A successful entreprenuer has to be in the corridor so that when the window opens, he is right at it. The situation was already was present and MJ saw the window open and there he exited. The lesson here is that we need to develop some instinct to tell us the window is open. Companies big and small can be a success story and i take encouragement from this case study of Safaricom. I can guarantee you that many papers have been written about Safaricom and i want to believe that soon instead of having Kentucky Chicken as a case study in Strategy books, Safaricom will take up the slot.
