Hi,
It is always good to watch what the competition is doing to avoid planning in a vacuum, I came across an article and report on the approach Tanzania is taking in developing outsourcing and knowledge centre.
The model is interesting and takes into consideration the fact that a large pool of highly educated personnel is important to achieve their objective therefore they have opted to take the Stanford model. It will be interesting to see how the approach works in relation to out Savanna approach.
