My folks live in a part of laikipia where the terrestial analogue signals were very faint. We went satellite analogue wayyy back in the day...when satellite went digital a relative purchased a Eurostar satellite decoder in Somalia for about 5,000 ksh. Its now almost 10 years old and still works. Before the recent switch off got evwn local channels
