The search function on the tenders website doesn't work either. It's like putting out a great deal of information but making it only 'browseable' not searchable. Surely we have firms here that can deliver these projects on budget, on time and to specifications, don't we?
This is baffling to me. I'm not a tech person, so it's well possibly that I'm not tech literate enough, but I checked out the website (http://www.attorney-general.go.ke/data/) and ... umm, does the 'company registry' actually do anything?
