Dear Edith,

Uganda has adopted an ICT Policy. I have a hard copy. I do not have an electronic copy.

Here is my article on Uganda. Please cite it as Bowman, Warigia (2011) Working Paper, "Digital Development: Technology, the State and Governance in East Africa-the Case of Uganda, PDF Received from Author.

Here is an article on ICT initiatives put in place by Uganda.

Listers,

Does anyone know if Uganda has officially adopted an ICT policy? If so, if you have a copy of the policy, kindly send to me a copy directly.

Thanks

Edith
