Harrry Hare has just been elected the new Coordinator of the EAICT4D Network. This is another plus for the Civil Society given Harry's good network in East Africa and advocacy skills. Harry has played a major role in ICT4D activities in the region and is knowledgeable in the field. The election of Harry to this important office is therefore a recognition of his skills and contribution to the ICT4D in the region. We wish him well and hope he will consider pending issues such as open access and unified licensing in the communication sector as priority for advocacy. Congrats Harry!!
