Thanks Grace for this information. It's indeed sad to see that different factions are moving in different directions as we move towards complete migration to digital TV. Since the consumer representative doesen't necessarily have to come from COFEK, where else did the ministry fish the representative? In my view, the different civil society movements that are geared towards a free society like ISOC, COFEK, KICTANET, e.t.c should have fronted a name to represent the common Mwananchi's interests at the CCK board.
