I agree with your point Bob, developing the right culture and attitudes is critical if any meaningfull revolution is to be attained in the Information Society, i am not very sure if we are doing too well in R&D in so fa as Business Process Re-engineering is concerned, what the society is demanding is a bottom up developement model..
