The Digital Literacy Programme has issued an expression of Interest to would be candidates. The programme has also re-branded to DigiSchool (www.icta.go.ke/digischool.icta.go.ke)

The scope of the assignment.

  1. Supply, distribution and installation of the teacher digital devices. Capability of local assembly/manufacturing is required.
  2. Supply, distribution and installation of the learner digital device. Capability of local assembly/manufacturing is required.
  3. Supply, distribution and installation of the Special Needs Education devices for learners with hearing and visual impairments.
  4. Supply, distribution and installation of content server and router devices.
  5. Supply and installation of projectors.
  6. Institutions/consortia or joint ventures must be able to perform all assignments listed in i-v above.
