Kenya was not part of the ICT agreement signed in WTO MC10. But on Nanjira's earlier post today, about an initiative for intra Africa e-commerce agreement led by Ghana and Kenya, it would be of interest to the community to know more. We are getting really good participation from the community. I've noticed some points have been reiterated, which shows community commitment and passion. We should have a way to make them float at the top. Like cyber Security, data ducts, ERM, data protection, internet cost and access, and job opportunities for the youth.
Add this: xx. WTO MC10. We had some great announcements on taxes for ICT equipments. Please elaborate what will be implemented, and when it will be implemented. On Dec 24, 2015 9:14 AM, "Walubengo J via kictanet" < kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:
