Our strategy is to use both DTT and DTH. Whereas DTT I cheaper to diploy in most parts of the country, it is very expensive in Northern Kenya. It makes sense subsidizing DTH there till DTT becomes viable there. Further revenue streams for DTT will mostly come from conditional accerss thus making it almost as expensive as DTH. Ndemo.
