We are conducting a survey that seeks to get views from different stakeholders who are knowledgeable or passionate about Internet Governance in Africa and specifically on the question of the dot Africa gTLD. Although there are specific matters awaiting determination for the domain, the survey looks at wholistic matters such as principles that should govern such a domain in future.
The study is part of research that the author is undertaking in fulfillment of a Master of Arts Degree in contemporary diplomacy from the University of Malta in conjunction with Diplo Foundation.
