I'm a bit disappointed with the article. It's abit shallow. Besides which Mugo is just 60 days in. Whilst I may not agree entirely with the tactics right now, a CEO's arsenal to fight competition includes engaging on the regulatory front.

Bottomline, the writer has told us nothing that we don't already know.
