Fortunately, it has been discussed before, and the concurrence was we put religion out of the list. We may have Jews, Christians, Muslims, agnostic, and atheists on the list, as well as those who practice traditional religions. The list allows for free speech. However, the aim of this forum is "a multi-stakeholder platform for people and institutions interested and involved in ICT policy and regulation. The network aims to act as a catalyst for reform in the ICT sector in support of the national aim of ICT enabled growth and development" (http://www.kictanet.or.ke/)Regrettably, Religion is not part of ICTs.

Much as we may want to promote free speech, is this allowed on the forum?

Same here - I'd really prefer it if we could stick to ICT and ICT-adjacent topics. Anyone who wants religion will find plenty of other fora for that.

I concur with Nyabuga. Whether one is agnostic or the opposite, I think there are more appropriate fora designed for these sort of messages

Dear listers, Being largely agnostic, and a strong believer that we mostly control our destiny, I find the message from the said 'apostle' a lot of gibberish really. I would like to see more meaningful discussions rather than some self-promoting pontification here. I respect his right to say what he wants, and to freely express himself but I am not sure how such dogmatic writings help us advance or consolidate democracy in Kenya.
