It is mentioned they stole airtime worth Kes.20000 and around 10000 subscribers are being pursued for having bought this airtime. So were people buying Kes.2 worth of airtime on average? It is not misplaced briliance. If proven guilty, it is simply criminal. There are many others with such skills,they just choose to make honest bread with them.
