At Lawrence,
I stand corrected if I am wrong, but the last I remember, there is still no data protection law in Kenya and the draft bill provision on protection of personal data by an agency was too weak to handle matters such as this one. But I've not tracked the progress, was this bill ever passed? Parliament initially wanted to pass it along with the Access to Information one.
