What started in Tunisia went across to Egypt, made a short stop in Britain, made a few more stops has now taken a transatlantic cable across to the USA.

You can follow the proceedings on http://www.livestream.com/occupynyc, there is a suspicion from the demonstrators that mobile signal are being jammed.  the WiFi signals will be next then finally the sites streaming the footage.
