Unfortunately he says he is very busy but provided us with a general email (dg@kenha.co.ke) where you can direct all your questions on Thika Road. Someone is specifically tasked with handling all queries and for example if they are questions that would require input from others, then they will be directed to the relevant people for responses. He will respond to those that directly relate to his duties. ****
