Hi Listers, There has been a lot of hue and cry over the IEBC budget for the next elections, it was indicated that the largest component of the budget apart from vehicles was ICT. Is there any chance we can get a copy of the proposed ICT component in the budget so that as an industry we can analyse and make recommendations & proposals?
