This survey is intended to promote understanding of the needs and requirements of the region and provide a basis to engage key public and private stakeholders whose participation, support and action are critical to progress in this area. ICC will follow up the survey with a series of workshops in Africa during 2010 and 2011. Anonymized results of the survey will be published on the ICC website. We seek input from all stakeholders - government, industry, academia and civil society - in the Africa region. Given their unique roles, participation by government, critical infrastructures and industries (including banks, utilities, and manufacturing) are of particular interest.
