[kictanet] Crops growable per region

I remember there's a time that Dr. Ndemo said that there was a way we could tell what crops were viable in an area by looking up the place's geo co-ordinates. I was in Ukambani recently, where farmers keep planting crops and checking if they would grow and are watered from a borehole containing salty water.
